UPDATE on Covid-19 to our valued customers

Yes we are OPEN!

From August 9th, 2021:

As the Government regulations and protocols are ever changing, we will be adjusting our policies in accordance with the government’s recommendations. We will need to reduce exposure of Covid-19 to the clinic and staff. We will no longer allow clients into the clinic during this time.

If your pet needs veterinary attention and:

• You have been in any of the LGA lockdown areas within the last 14 days,

• You’re experiencing symptoms,

• Need to self-isolate.

PLEASE stay home

Please phone us for advice and we can make a plan.

🛡 Please arrive for your appointment on time.

🛡 If you are running late, please phone ahead to let us know so we can give you instruction.

🛡 We ask that upon arrival at the clinic you ring 67667228 to let us know you are here.

🛡 One of the staff will come out and collect your pet and bring it into the clinic. Please be patient, as this does require a bit more time. We ask that you remain either in your car or wait on the front verandah. (Please respect the social distance rules of 2 meters apart)

🛡Once the veterinarian has completed caring for your pet, one of our staff will return him/her to you.

🛡 We ask for payment via EFTPOS or online payments. We will accept cash, but encourage a cashless payment. We ask to not be offended if we collect cash wearing gloves.

🛡 Medications, foods, products can still be purchased through our clinic. We again ask that you phone ahead and if possible pay over the phone. Ring us when you arrive and one of our staff will bring your purchase out to you.

🛡 We have had to do this last year and we got through it, so we have know we can get through it again

Here at Marius Small Animal Veterinary Clinic, the ongoing health and safety of our clients, their pets, and the dedicated team members that serve this community, is our top priority.

We ask that everyone takes the spread of Covid-19 SERIOUSLY.
