COVID-19 UPDATE!

😷😷 PLEASE READ 😷😷

We are open as per normal business hours.

Please follow these guidelines and our staff’s instructions to help both humans and animals stay safe and healthy.If your pet needs veterinary attention and:

🦠You have been in one of the lockdown areas (Greater Sydney, Central Coast Blue Mountains or Wollongong) since June 21st, you will not be permitted entry. Sorry!

🦠You’re experiencing symptoms.

🦠Need to self-isolate.

Please phone us for advice and we can make a plan.

In line with social distancing recommendations, we are keeping waiting times to a minimum. We ask you to:

📞Please phone on arrival-the front door will be locked.

😷You MUST wear a mask to enter the clinic (Government regulations)

😷🦠Limit the number of people presenting your pet, to just one owner.

😷🦠1 person in consult with the veterinarian. (You must remain seated)

😷🦠1 Person in reception

😷🦠2 people in the waiting room

😷🦠Please arrive for your appointment on time, this will help minimize the amount of people in the Clinic.

😷🦠If you are running late, please phone ahead to let us know so we can give you instruction to avoid too many people at the clinic.

😷🦠Please use hand sanitisers located at reception and front entry.

😷🦠Please scan in using the NSW Service QR code on the front door

📞Please phone ahead to order required prescription medicine repeats or food, worming and flea control in advance so we can arrange to have them ready for you without the need to wait.

We are working hard to ensure we can continue to provide complete veterinary care.
