COVID19 PROTOCOL REMINDER

We are doing our bit for you and for us in preventing the spread of COVID-19. In the veterinary clinic it can be hard to distance ourselves from clients and staff.

Due to this we ask that you call for medication, food, pet health products and book appointments. We have limited the amount of contact in clinic just to keep us all safe. We can take payment over the phone so you only need to pick up your order.

If you are entering the clinic, we have provided hand sanitizer at the front door and in clinic for you to use before and after visiting our clinic. Please call 6766 7228 when you arrive and one of our staff will meet you and welcome you into the clinic. We are disinfecting surfaces within the clinic frequently.

Please limit the number of people coming with you to the clinic. If you are unwell, please do not come to clinic and call us to work something else out if you need medication, advice or food.

Please be aware of others, including staff and clients and keep a healthy social distance.

We are here for you and your pet and understand during this challenging time, funds might be limited and some people may be reluctant to bring their animal to the vet. However, we can work out a range of options to treat your pet, as well as payment plans (VetPay) which allows you to pay off your bill.

We can also help as much as possible over the phone do not hesitate to call.
